Mr. Hicks, has not returned my phone calls regarding a homeowners insurance policy change that was supposed to be done. Even when my mortgage company called him he still gave them incorrect info on the cost of my policy. After coaxing from the mortgage representative he finally gave them the correct info. Keep in mind this change was supposed to be completed while I was in the office on Feb 25th. I'm extremely disappointed as I was referred by my bank president Nicholas Collins
