I've used Hicks Plumbing for years. Andrew is so honest and reliable. Now, Riley and Tach (spelling?) are handling residential. They're awesome. So decent, knowledgeable, and timely. They'll help with small and large jobs. The Best!!!
They are exceptional service company. Prompt, friendly and professional. The also did a new bathroom for us and did amazing work. I'd recommend them highly.
Tim was absolutely amazing! The warranty provider wanted me to put in all this leg work even though it their job to replace and supply the installation. They said the didn’t have a technician in my area to do it so I would have to pay for the installation and they would reimburse me. I called Tim at Hicks. And he did all the leg work and had techs at my house and even made the claim so I didn’t have to pay them aAmazing service
We’ve used Andrew for jobs in the past and things were good, but have been trying for MONTHS to get them back to do follow up service and a new project and no response! I get it if you’re busy, good for you, but return a damn call and say sorry, too busy, see you in xx months.
