I have been relying on Hicks Plumbing for almost two decades. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and show up when they say they will. If there is an urgent situation, they will bend over backwards to get to you as soon as possible. Their guys patiently explain things and give you options; there is never any pressure. Although others may be less expensive, quality workmanship and trust are what are more important to me.
Always receive prompt callbacks from Bill, scheduling is easy, and he is always on time and professional and solves the problems.
He explained everything and installed the faucet quickly. It's working well. The price was as promised.
I actually just started working with Hicks Plumbing & Heating as a client—and ironically, that same week we started having issues with our toilets clogging and draining super slow (which has never happened to us before). I called Billie and he immediately had someone from his team out to our house that same day. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently, no hassle at all. Super reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
We had a leak in our toilet and we called nicks and they were able to come the next day and immediately were able to repair and fix in a very timely manner. So happy with Hicks and the services they have provided us with. Prompt and efficient!
