Took my car for an Repair Pal Insurance covered auto repair. This shop is a warehouse style filthy chop shop with junk cars outside. Kevin talked to the insurance and sourced out the replacement engine. He said it'll only take 2-3 week since he was able to source the engine for the car. Time has passed and car was not done and sat outside the shop. Kevin gave me lot of lies and excuses on the progress status of the car and took almost 2.5 month before we got it back.
