We've used Hicks in the past and have always been happy with their service. This time we had a minor issue (weather related, not fault of theirs) and they went above and beyond making things right. From ownership on down they are a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. If I could give more stars I would.
This morning I witnessed a hicks employee berate a gas station clerk for not understanding his groggy gibberish. He said “didn’t you hear what I just said? I’m not repeating myself for you, you should learn how to speak English if you want to come live in this country” poor kid looked terrified and had tears in his eyes.
Had my driveway sealcoated and they did an excellent job. Quick and efficient and competitive price. Other quotes from different companies were higher, plus I didn't feel like just a job. Michael took the time to explain everything and was very friendly. It's all about the details, they even took off their shoes to make sure not to make a mess on the grass and and front of the road. I would definitely use them again!
I was thinking about getting my company’s driveway paved when I seen a driver of this company almost kill multiple people. Driver was heading down route 22 in Whitehouse station and I watched him cut off multiple people without using his indicator once and drive more than 80 miles an hour the entire time. Driver of the white GMC truck speeds all over and drives crazy on the highway with no blinkers, cutting people off and driving erratically. If that’s how they drive in a company vehicle I can’t imagine how they will treat a customers property. Editing to add additional information that the company asked for. It was the white gnc pickup in Whitehouse station. He was going around 80 or more on route 22 in Whitehouse station.
