Hicks has done work for our school twice and it has been not only excellent quality work, but also the best experience working with contractors that we have ever had (and we've worked with a lot of different contractors). Matt Hutchinson was our main contact both times, and he was so prompt, helpful and communicative along the way. Made an appt to have an estimate 3 weeks out. Called day of to get time. Was told we called you to confirm you didn’t call back. Told them I had no vm from them. Oh well might not have left a vm. So how was I suppose to call back?? ( Went thru my call log back to date of appt 0 calls from them) Well we sent emails - what dates. Went to dates she provided. No emails. Definitely would not do business. If this is how they handles estimates imagine if something was wrong!

Some people might ask - why the heck would you want a plastic yard? Well, they don't know the struggle of living on a sloped lot with red clay dirt and two dogs that like to play. My frustration from years of spending multiple days per week and thousands and thousands of dollars just trying to prevent my land from eroding are finally over and I couldn't be happier.
