They take care of you, fast. Well, the people treat like u are part of the family, when u walk in to the shop; (even the popcorn is good, when they make it lol).

When my car died on the highway an hour away from Corpus, I called Hicks Family Subaru for help. The dealership could not have been more helpful. They offered immediate help, sent a wrecker, and later gave me a ride to rent a car. Rather than dealing with waiting for my car to be repaired - 3 hours from my home - I chose to trade it in. Roger was unbelievably helpful and responsive. I left feeling treated very very well. Great dealership.
