I had a bad experience when I went in to get my oil changed but Jim Anguiano (General Manager) made me a very satisfied customer once again. He listened to my concerns and took responsibility for the issue I had. I had no faith in Nissan until I spoke with Jim. Because of Jim and my salesman Ray my son just purchased a truck from Nissan 2 days ago.
Got me in for big repair (squirrel chewed on my electric) and hit my deadline so we could make it on to our next destination! They went above and beyond to make things work. Communication was professional and caring! Thanks guys!
Fast and friendly
Excelente customer service. I can get an appointment online. I love that they suggest maintenance, and then I decide if I want it or not. Something else, in other shops they would "suggest" things not needed. At this place they are honest and give you advice. Thank you, I do recommend this place.
