We visited on Sunday with Family and friends. We had a great time... Our kids enjoyed picture with Santa, it was so nice of Santa spend time to talk with Kids. He was so nice & humble. May god bless him with great health, joy & happiness. People are nice. They don't rush you out... We come every year & it is one of our Christmas tradition. Our kids also enjoy mailing envelope to Santa to get response. They enjoyed animated Christmas storytelling & all decoration. I have been going there since I was probably 5 or 6. I brought my children there every Halloween and Christmas time too! So Its been at least 58 yrs of going to Hicks as a family
beautiful store, very large and huge selection of items. set up for Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
They stand by all of their merchandise. Recently had purchased a food item that was not up to the quality standards Hicks is known for and when I brought it to the attention of their staff they handled it with the utmost professional .

While I adore going to Hicks on a yearly basis with my family for the Otto/fall show, I am continuously saddened to see hardly any Chanukah items. It is a shame considering both Hanukkah and Christmas often fall out around the same time. You walk into the store and you are inundated with items for Christmas. Please don’t get me wrong – it is beautiful. But if you are selling Elf on the Shelf, why can’t you sell Mench on the Bench?
