I will never, ever buy anything from hicks nursery ever again. My husband and I bought a pre-lit Christmas tree from them two years ago, within two months of having it up, a row of lights blew out. We brought it back to have it fixed. The following year again when we put it up, another row of lights were broken again. Now THIS year we had it fixed from the prior year because we just didn't want to deal with it again, they first tried to charge my husband, but that was taken back. Got it fixed. I just wish since holiday stuff was out.....holiday music was playing... Just didn't have that holiday feel.
Nice place however their prices are insane. However, the staffing needs a lesson in customer service and they should know the prices! If you put something on sale the cashiers while know about it! I don't see why the customer is the one who has to go back take a picture of the sale to show the cashier! Waste of time!
