I love this place. My family and I have been coming here to see Otto since I was a kid, and now I get to take my girls! Such friendly customer service as well!
We love taking our son to hicks to see Otto the ghost and later this year we’ll go back for the Christmas displays. We LOVED making out scarecrow this year. Nick, who was running the booth was amazing and really helpful in showing my son how to stuff the scarecrow. Also the the hayride was nice and long! Much better than past years and Hicks had two hay rides going at the same time=much shorter wait times! Hicks, we loved yo before but now you’re even better! Keep it up!
Employees, employees, employees. Anybody can have great merchandise--which they do--but it ALWAYS boils down to who works there and how they respond to the customer.
We love coming every year! Otto is the best! The outside looks amazing with all the new pavement. And we loved the hayride and how long it was this year. The scarecrow project was a great new activity. So much fun! See you in December!
