highly recommend! i came home to a big mess on my stairs from my dog's accident while i was at work this morning. hicks brothers carpet service had just cleaned my carpets yesterday. after trying to get the stains out myself, i texted bobby to see if he could come by and help, thinking it would be days before he could return. but within minutes, bobby replied that he’d be at my place in about 30 minutes. he showed up right on time and cleaned everything up quickly for a great price, all with a friendly attitude. my hero!
Lawrence and Willie did an outstanding job! They really know their stuff, work hard, and are super friendly. We bought a home with original carpet that had been through a lot—stains, gum, and plenty of wear and tear. Lawrence worked wonders on the carpet, especially on the stairs, making them look fresh and clean. Gabriel recently did a pre-move in carpet cleaning for us and made the whole process really easy! Before the cleaning day, he met with me to quickly check the carpet and point out any spots or stains that needed extra attention.
