Hicks Brothers Carpet Service provided excellent carpet and rug cleaning service with a personal touch. I was very impressed with Lawrence and Sean from start to finish. Their skill and close attention to detail really showed throughout the whole job. They deep cleaned and surged two large custom rugs beautifully, and they also carefully cleaned and repaired the binding on two smaller rugs. Punctual, professional, and excellent results. The crew cleaned almost every carpeted room in our home in Pinole, and the carpets look amazing. We had shampooed them ourselves for a long time, so there was a lot of old soap and foam built up deep in the carpet fibers. Because of that, the job took longer than expected, but Gabriel handled it carefully and put in the extra work to remove the buildup, protect the equipment, and give the carpets a deep, thorough cleaning. This was our second time using Hicks Brothers Carpet Service, and once again the results were excellent. Our carpet was heavily soiled with pet stains, and we honestly thought replacement might be the only option because it had gone a long time without a deep cleaning. Sean, Willie, and Gabriel did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and upholstery in the home we recently bought. A lot of the house had heavy cat hair buildup, along with several pet urine spots, so the work took extra time for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing.
