This place does interlock insulation, I do not recommend coming to this place for that service, I had my interlock installed at this location, and it stopped working leaving me stranded, when I called asking for help, I was hung up on
From my experience, as a customer whose interlock device was installed incorrectly, told it the problem was found and remedied only to have it happen again, wouldn't recommend this shop for any kind of work. Apart from the incorrect installation, a "comprehensive" check of my car showed the mechanic found no issues with my vehicle, but that was not the case. My father took his truck in to find out what was going on with it . They were unable to help him. In fact they were very unprofessional. They told my father that he needed new spark plugs and coils . My father explained that he had those replaced a few months ago. The owner of Hicks told my dad that the plugs had never been changed.He knows his business.He told my father he was lying.
