There is nobody better than Hicks Air! Jim came right out on a Saturday evening, the 4th of July weekend, and fixed my air conditioner! And there was no crazy after hours fee!
Jim and his crew are great! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. If you're looking for someone who isn't going to take advantage you, look no further!
They installed my furnace wrong and caused a fire.
Bad company, don't hire them to do anything. They broke my gas line and I had carbon monoxide everywhere.
Not good service and the system is worse than it was. I would not recommend this company.
