My name is Elliott, I am leaving this review for Brooke, the shift lead. She is actually the nicest, most attentive and caring BHT I've run into over my treatment history. She doesn't complain about how understaffed it is, and simply does the job with a heart of gold. The woman is the heart and soul of that unit I was on.
This place is a joke. From day 1 this facility has failed me and my addiction problem. The staff that handled my intake failed to log my property in properly, and I'm saying it has came up missing. They have kicked me out of the program because i am not ok with being robbed or stolen from. Administration has lied and pacified this issue and I'm not allowed to b upset. I wish I could leave a lower review that place mistreats the residents they only limit them up to two snacks cause they claim they are watching the budget the lack of diversity in staffing makes them treat you different I had an issue nobody would give me corporates number there are people who leave in the middle of the shift HR over looks things for certain people cause there is nepotism in the building and they let mother and daughter work directly under eachother which is a conflict of interest the BHT manager who has no ... read more
This place was horrible they are understaffed and lazy also the new director Jason told me he was going to replace my clippers and nothing even happened don't go here you'll hate it and there are so many other places that are better
