This place was horrible they are understaffed and lazy also the new director Jason told me he was going to replace my clippers and nothing even happened don't go here you'll hate it and there are so many other places that are better
Facility has went downhill which is very sad. They let go or lost several of their best employees due to a toxic work environment that contained no support offered from corporate level management. Unsafe staffing ratios occur almost daily with one nurse being tasked to care for their max census of 80 clients regularly and many shifts with only QMAs present to perform nursing care. I just graduated from Hickory treatment center in Albion, and i would highly recommend this facility. They made me feel at home for the 28 days I was there the staff are all amazing and caring people. The food is awesome and the program itself was great, I have walked away from this program with the tools and knowledge to stay sober for many years to come.
