Kierie and Bill (as well as a few other folks) have done an awesome job helping maintain and clean up our lawn.
Hickory Ridge does both our landscaping and snow removal. They were good. Unfortunately, personnel changes limited their effectiveness.
The only reason I give them one star is because i have to. This is the worst landscaping company I ever dealt with. I hired them to snow plow and they made a mess of my lawn. They actually dug it up. When confronted, they want to charge me to fix what they damaged. Are they kidding. I understand that some lawn edging can get damaged, but the lawn itself? 1. Employee did not complete job as clearly agreed, 2. office did not back up customer though completion would have taken 10 minutes, 3. price quoted by employee was raised by office, and 4. another price raised by 30% for trivial issue. In short, their work is poor.
I live on Townsend st. And your people absolutely SUCK at plowing and salting. I watched with my own eyes one of your employees drive up drump salt in the middle of the driveway..and leave..not spread it out nothing. They say they salt when they DON'T. I ALMOST broke my neck. The trash guy couldn't take the trash because he couldn't get into the driveway. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I've had to salt the driveway MYSELF several times.
