If asked 3 years ago to rate this I would have given it 4+ stars but times have changed. Lack of onsite management prevents them from seeing the true pulse of the neighborhood and dealing with issues while they are happening instead of blanket warnings in quarterly news letters. Amenity's disappear or are not cared for while prices stay the same or go up. Save it now before there's nothing left to save guys. This place used to be great and can be again.
