This is a good place to go if you are looking for a new house. They are well-built houses with a lot of extra features included. Best of all was the very reasonable price and interest rate they included. The sales consultant was friendly and worked well with us. I signed a purchase contract today and will close in June.

La peor experiencia de mi vida.Con mentiras y engaño nos fuimos.Fuimos con el vendedor Jorge Salinas y todo se escuchaba bien hasta que voy a firmar para comprar la casa.Me había ofrecido los gastos de cierre en su totalidad y para mi sorpresa en el préstamo hipotecario de las 3 opciones que me mandaron están los costos desde $15,000 a $20,000.No firme por qué no era el acuerdo que teníamos y ahora que le pido los $1,000 con lo que separamos la casa dice que no los puede dar pero que si volvemos podemos usar ese dinero.
