My husband and I have been residents of hickory pointe now for 8 years and have loved every minute of our time here. They maintain the grounds here very meticulously, with a landscaping company coming every week to mow and maintain the complex until winter comes. During the winter they make sure the snow is removed prior to everyone leaving for the day so we don’t get stuck, and salt around the clock to avoid falling. My fiancé and I enjoyed our 2 years here. The office staff is accommodating and lovely to work with. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Our favorite part was it’s in a great location without a hefty price.

Great maintenance, quiet area, friendly staff. They will take plenty from deposit on move out like any apartment complex.
Low rating for a reason. Don't waste your time Edit: imagine going out of your way to argue every bad review. To be clear, my roommate was evicted 12 years ago and they decide to publicly post about my credit. Seriously... if you want your "bad credit and rental history" mentioned in public apply here! These people have no class and immediately jumped at the opportunity to answer the review. 2 can play these games you kidding me
