I have been at Hickory Pointe for over 5 years (I just recently moved). My experience with their office staff and maintenance has been nothing short of awesome. Always responsive and prompt on questions and tenant issues. They made my rental experience with them easy and enjoyable. Keep up the good work Hickory Pointe!
Been living here 2 years now. very nice and quiet. Have washer and dryer. Lots of Police live here very safe Update 2/3/26 Still a very nice place to live, Raised the Rent just like everyone else. See pictures for actual hours of office Operations. Ever Notice all Bad reviews are people with 1 or 2 postings EVER!
I give Hickory Pointe Apartments a solid excellent review in every area. The apartments are up to date and beautiful. The management staff at Hickory Point always helpful, respectful and prompt in handling any questions that I have. The maintenance staff has always been prompt and fixed every maintenance request to my satisfaction. Hickory Pointe hosts fun events for the renters that build community within the apartment complex. My husband and I have been residents of hickory pointe now for 8 years and have loved every minute of our time here. They maintain the grounds here very meticulously, with a landscaping company coming every week to mow and maintain the complex until winter comes. During the winter they make sure the snow is removed prior to everyone leaving for the day so we don’t get stuck, and salt around the clock to avoid falling. My fiancé and I enjoyed our 2 years here. The office staff is accommodating and lovely to work with. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Our favorite part was it’s in a great location without a hefty price.
