Its a decent park, the location is excellent. It is located in the middle of everything.
Nice place but they make longtime residents reapply for renting the lot and force them to sell there mobile home and force them out of home in the middle of winter with less than a months notice. What kind of company does that. I wouldn't recommend considering this community at this time. Hopefully the corporate suits sell this back to a local manager that treats there citizens like family not worrying about making a buck off hard working small business owners that don't pay them selves regularly!
