I'm not coming back to your office ever. Your staff is rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic and without empathy. When I called Dr Kitziger's office to have him see my dog, I explained my dog's SX's that just happened an hour prior, without a doubt she could sense the pain and suffering that I was feeling regarding my darling baby.
