THIS PLACE IS A AWFUL PLACE!! PEOPLE HAVE DIED DUE TO THE NEGLECTFUL CONDITIONS(carbon monoxide)THE PROPERTY MANAGER(Joi) HAS TO HAVE THE MAIN OFFICE DOOR LOCKED BECAUSE SHE IS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL TO TENANTS. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!! A lot OF UNITS ARE ALSO INFESTED WITH CARPENTER ANTS AND MOLD. They DO NOT REFUND DEPOSITS, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR PAINTING AND CARPET AUTOMATICALLY NO MATTER HOW LONG U RESIDE.
I wouldn't recommend this place to know one dirty trashy unprofessional terrible customer service a horrible place to live they all about the money but we're not fix anything My mother lived there for 40 years and only got carpet one time and when she asks they said they didn't have the money to replace the old carpet
