RecommendedWe have lived here for over 3 years. Before we lived in Verona. We pay more. The rent goes up every year. They are very strict rules. The office staff has rules to follow. I love it here. I wouldnt change a thing. (other than allowing pools and trampolines! lol) There is almost no crime. The staff and residents are so nice. I don't fear that my kids are going to get hurt. I feel safe in our village.
Management is rude. Lies a lot. Harasses you if you're young. They've told me for over a year that they were gonna take a tree down by my place that's causing damage to my garage foundation. Told me it'd be taken down in June of 2017 ( I was told this last summer in 2016 ) and it is now October and my roof now leaks due to damage sustained by said tree from the recent storms. Not to mention the constant yearly raising of rent.
Do you guys have any trailers available that are $10,000(ten thousand) My fiance is looking to buy out a trailer.
I joined facebook just so i could warn people about this place, This place is a money sucking crap fest, Lot rent goes up every year with nothing in return, The grounds look like crap but if your yard does they will be right on you, The management here cares nothing about the people and only about money. We have to pay for WELL water think about that for a minute, on top of the 490 lot rent. Please Please think about it before you give this place any of your hard earned money!!
