I hope everyone will read this, Dr. Shrode is a GEM. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shrode. When my baby donkey became very sick, I called several veterinarians desperately looking for help. I was turned away by others because we were a new patient and they weren’t accepting emergencies. My sheep was brutally mauled by a pack of domestic dogs, and Dr. Shrode saved her. Both she and the staff were great with me and the sheep throughout the surgery. Highly, highly recommend this place.
Dr. Shrode literally saved my dog's life! She treated him like he was apart of her own family! I found her office because our local vet brushed of our situation and referred us to a surgeon that couldn't get us in for 5 days just for a consultation! I called Dr Shrode's office panicked and they fit me in the same day within 2 hours and had a surgeon, Dr. Sawyer, come in the next morning to perform the pareanal hernia procedure on our dog.
