We needed a bathroom floor and wall repaired after water damage. Rob was responsive and sent someone over immediately to look at the issue. A estimate was sent quickly and once we paid the deposit his guys were here doing the work within days. The workers were kind, clean and did a great job. I'm happy we found this company and will be using them again in the future.

Beyond impressed with Hickory Harbor Property Care!! Needed immediate attention to a railing being built and Rob and his team were able to execute within two days! My railing turned out beautiful and I am so happy with it! Cannot recommend their service enough!!

We have worked with Hickory Harbor Property Management and Rob, the owner, for over six months. During this time, Rob has helped with both big and small projects. We started with a major landscape project which included hardscape, fencing, landscape lighting, irrigation, and a driveway replacement. We've worked with Hickory Harbor Property Care for a little over a year on projects including bathroom refinishing (design, new flooring, tile, ceiling and vanities), digging an irrigation well, constructing a pergola, and some miscellaneous small plumbing jobs and yard work. Rob Zindman has been incredibly responsive to every situation at our house, beginning with immediately identifying & remedying all damage caused by last December’s nor’easter. We sustained a lot of property damage and thanks to Rob’s timely and thorough response, the house was shipshape in no time.
