To start we love our home and the community. As a builder myself, the home is comparable to a lot of others while using the same product. The layout and yard size is what drew our attention to the area. We knew buying a new build we would endure the building of other homes, this has not been an issue at all. Overall 5/5. I love the neighborhood and house. Before purchasing an already built house, we met Ms. Kayla, who is very knowledgeable, professional and a great representation of the community itself. If it wasn’t for the time constraints that existed at the time, we would have purchased one of the models she showed us. The quality of homes in this community is exceptional from many others my wife and I considered.!I honestly give 5 stars to my experience. I thank God for the Hickory Grove concept and community as a whole!

We worked with a few on site agents, all of them were fantastic we closed with Keila and she was super helpful, very professional, and always punctual. All of the folks at the Hickory Grove community are great.
