Very friendly. Very efficient. Very quick. When we go for our routine cleanings for my toddler , we are usually in and out in about 30 mins.
I love do love the dentist assistants and the attention but the front desk is really bad organized, the two persons in the front desk are rude and make you waist your time. Muy mala organización de parte de las secretarias. Y mala atención de la que habla inglés piensa que nadie sabe hablar inglés
Still waiting on my kids dental records from them. Funny how I can receive them in a few hours to days from most places yet I emailed them a month ago and heard nothing, then had to call them a week ago and told me "oops we didn't see it" excuse and then finally told me I had to fill the HIPPA form out. Still haven't heard anything back after I filled it out. I'm choosing a different location because of the last tech and doctor. My son loved his 1st visit with Dr.A and today he went to his 2nd visit. Thank you to Dr.A in the amazing staff we appreciate you all.
The front desk is always great, same with the hygienists. Always have knowledgeable dentist as well. They are accommodating with our large family. We’ve been here about 3 years now!
