Being new to the Hickory Flat area, I had to find a good local Automotive Repair Shop quickly when my wife's Lexus RX350 battery died while in our garage. With many commitments and Doctors appointments scheduled, we thought the worst. I called 2 Shops and I instantly knew Steve at HFAS knew his stuff. We were in town from Virginia visiting family when our car started leaking oil. It was a Friday, and most of the shops we called were unable to schedule service until Monday, which is when we were due to head back to VA. Hickory Flat was the closest shop, so we took a chance and drove in without an appointment, hoping for the best. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I feel so lucky to have found them. They are honest, fast, reliable, fair priced and they go the extra mile any time they have the chance. They will even communicate through text if you want. I will bring my car to this shop as long as they are open. I just wish I could get my paint job here too!
