Pleasant transaction from start to finish. During the initial meeting Matt asked us what we wanted to do with our present deck and offered his experience in what could be done and making suggestions. As de-construction began the deck was showing not only framing problems, Matt was showing us work that had been done that wasn’t up to code requirements. We highly recommend matt for any deck work. In 2023 we had a deck built and it was not installed correctly. Matt came in and replaced parts of the deck that were in very bad shape and repaired other sections to keep costs in line. We wish we knew of matt before we started our original project. Matt does wonderful work that you can be proud of

We would give Matt of Hickory Dickory Decks more stars but it only goes to 5. Right from the very first visit with Matt he was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient with us. We were wanting to add onto our existing deck and replace the pressure treated deck boards and railings with composite deck boards and aluminum rails and privacy/wind wall.
