I would like to thank John for his outstanding assistance. He probably prevented my trailer going up in fire by fixing the wires my hubby goofed up when he was sick. He also helped as I couldn’t turn the hot water off so he put two shutoff valves to the hoses going to the tap so he could turn off the hot water that kept running. He is so patient and kind, generous in his service to the community. You have a great fellow in him. God bless his heart and soul!
This was a beautiful property with lots of mature trees but all indicators show that Yes Communities no longer cares about the appearance of this community. They don't have enough staffing to be able to properly maintain and manage a community with close to 400 lots. There is only one person in the office, one landscaper and one maintenance person. John the maintenance man is great. He keeps the community clean and always so helpful in any situation. He keeps the pool area clean and well maintained. He is very friendly and always has a positive attitude. He keeps the storage area well organized. Marthae in the front office is very friendly, always ready to help or answer questions. Thankful for such friendly staff.
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Tommy and John for keeping the community looking great and always attending to the residents. Thanks guys... your the best!!!!
