Not a good place to live if you are particular about your environment. There's loud Mexican music being played from cars passing down the street all of the time. With a lot rent over $800 per month, this should be a much better looking Community with nice streets(see pictures) and homes that are not falling apart. If I were looking for a place to live today, I would not even consider this community as an option. Witnessing the steady deterioration of this community is very sad.

John the park's maintenance man is always attentive to whatever we need done and has a helpful spirit. I recently had an unacceptable issue come up, reported it to John and he resolved it immediately. It's obvious he enjoys helping others. I bragged about him to Marthae in the front office and she responded she hears that often about John. Marthae also has a helpful heart and is very friendly and informative. Thank you for keeping the community neat and well maintained.
