I have used a few different landscaping services to help my yard after buying a new house. Hickory Creek has done the last two (the most recent being a re-do of one someone else did that I was not happy with). The owner came and personally reviewed what I wanted done. I know nothing about plants, so he recommended what would work best and give me the results I wanted. Bad customer service – We bought a river birch for $250 from Hickory Creek Nursery late last fall. It went dormant for the winter and then struggled this entire summer until it finally gave up the ghost. We had done everything we could to save it. We had a landscape guy come give it a post-mortem and he said it never stood a chance as it had been planted (by HCN) too deeply. Hickory Creek's response was basically a non-response. It wasn't their fault, if it had been planted too deeply it would have died in 2 weeks (not true)... read more
Great Service. Always responsive. – Always does a great job with landscaping and irrigation repairs. They respond quickly, and deliver on their promises. Prices are reasonable. Highly reccomended!
