We moved into the newly built 2Bed2Bath apartment by Hickory in May 2024. Ensuite shower silicone started to have mould underneath the silicone in March 2025 (less than a year). I even have a dehumidifier in my bathroom. In July 2025, the other shower started showing signs of mould as well but they refused to fix it this time as they claimed that Defect Liability Period has expired. (just 2 months later).
