Hickory is very dishonest I was sexually harassed and touched inappropriately by another patient while staff was watching. They kept me longer than needed people are in there suffering and there is no therapy just meds . Food is good you barley get any rest because of the Bluetooth thing the techs open your door all night people need therapy not just drugs

Horrible workers picking up phones. I had a issue i asked to speak to a manager. I was places on hold and a lady came on stated she was the district manager i begin telling her wat i called for. Some odd reason the phone was disconnected i called back asked to speak with the very same person which was the district manager. The person on the line informed me that there is no way she can get the district manager on the phone and that i couldnt have been speaking with the district manager previously. UPDATED AT END: I've been to this facility twice and both times the head psychiatrist was a nightmare. He 'joked' about never letting me leave and told me ADHD wasn't real and that there's no testing for it. I obviously expressed how incorrect he was, but he wouldnt hear it. He then diagnosed me with amphetamine use disorder for the Adderall that I'M PRESCRIBED BY MY PSYCHIATRIST. Avoid this place at all cost. Absolute joke.
