This place steals your stuff and tries to gaslight you into thinking you miss place your item. They think they can give you money and fix your problems but they stole my wallet and the money in it. DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

I never thought I would ever encounter such horrible things! They discarded and trashed my daughter’s property including the passport and birth certificate! They didn’t even call me before doing so! If only I knew, I would have acted right away but now, not only that we lost important documents, all of the other important things are missing too!

Before I start, I'd like to say that I know this probably comes off as someone who's just bitter that they lost their car. The truth is, I AM bitter, but mostly because I did everything I was supposed to do, and Hickory Auto Recovery refused to work with me at all. I'd give this place zero stars if I could, just for the lack of professionalism. They showed up with their truck at 9pm, long after business hours even if it wasn't a weekend.
