Greeted in a friendly manner, and requested to fill out forms courteously by the office manager. In my appointment with the audiologist, my concerns were carefully listened to, the testing explained and conducted professionally and clearly, results of testing explained clearly and discussion of possible new hearing aid in the same manner, including costs, warranty, etc. I arranged to come back for a follow-up appointment.
