Dr. Pisel and his staff are wonderful ! Lori at the front desk is pleasant , friendly and always smiles. Jennifer is amazing !! She is the most caring kind person you will ever meet. Dr. Pisel is friendly , he takes his time , I never feel rushed and always explains my test results to me. He also walks me to the checkout desk when our visit is over and not to many doctors do that. I would recommend Dr. Pisel and his office to anyone who needs a Kidney doctor.

I moved to NC just over two years ago. My transplant hospital referred me because he was close to my house. For two years it's been absolute dreadful to call the office, or have to go into the office. The staff is the laziest I've had the displeasure of seeing. In 28 years of being a transplant patient, this office is by far the laziest and unintelligent group I've witnessed. Then I realized after some time that it all starts at the top. Dr. Pisel and his staff are highly personable and take pride in speaking to patients in a manner they can understand. Nephrology (kidney) health/ disease can seem overwhelming, but Dr. Pisel makes it simple for his patients to be engaged in improving their health.
Dr. Pisel and Jennifer are amazing! They go above and beyond to help you! They supported me through every step of my Kidney and pancreas transplant. I would not be here today with out them. If you are in the are and have kidney issues, this office should be at the top of your list.
