We had a great experience with Hickman's Towing. They came out after midnight on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, and despite the late hour and busy holiday, Mr. Hickman arrived quickly and handled everything with professionalism. He was extremely courteous and kept great communication with us throughout the entire process. The tow was fast, smooth, and stress free and the price was very affordable. We’re grateful for the quick help and will definitely call Mr. Hickman again if we ever need a tow. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a busted tire on the side of the road between West Jefferson and Boone. Mark showed up and took great care of her. We tried calling 4 or 5 other places that said they were 24 hour services. Hickmans is the place to call if you need someone ASAP. Especially with a loved one you can’t get to yourself.
