My wife got her oil changed here in Oct of 2024, took it today to get some other services done at the dealer had them change oil while I was there and found out oil pan drain is stripped out. Pan bolt won't tighten but will seal. Brought back to Hickmans so they can look at it since they where last to do an oil change and admitted they did the last oil change but they didnt want to own up to there mess up. With all do respect to the owner, have had multiple vehicles looked at or worked on here. Left they tool attached to my motor when I got it back. Sold me a car that wouldn’t pass inspection (remind you this shop is licensed for a Missouri inspection) vehicle has had various issues. We thought being a friend of my husb our luck with vehicles in the past they’d be more understanding instead of take our cash and go.
I HIGHLY recommend Hickman Automotive. Great people, great service, just service you don't see anymore these days, they do a great job and will treat you good.
