Hickman Sanitation is top notch! We had a major issue with our residential grinder pump which prevented us from using water for any reason in our home. Within 24 hours they were at our home with a backhoe and were able to resolve our situation. Extremely friendly and informative while onsite and did a fantastic job buttoning up and cleaning up at the end.

Received threatening emails that they will not service our property under the brand new system warranty after attempting to charge us an additional service fee without approval. Someone from the company came out without informing us of any service fee to view an open cap after install. We explained the situation over the phone and they informed us this cap should not be open next to the septic system but didn’t inform us there would be a service fee of any kind.
