I rarely leave reviews but this is the absolute worst experience dealing with your staff. Our car needs to be repaired as it is dangerous to drive it since the coolant is leaking. We were advised by Nissan in grandfalls to send it here(gander) and get a replacement car for the moment since there were no available loaner left there. They recommend not driving it any further as this might cause more trouble once it over heats. Very slow, and very unprofessional. Not happy at all with the service. Sarah was the only person from this establishment that was very helpful and polite.
Since it was labeled as "Book" an appointment (not "request"), I was surprised that I couldn't choose a date and time from an availability calendar.
bought a 2023 Nissan rogue two months ago had it a month and discovered the panel was apart in the cargo area ,told it wasn't covered under warranty and when I got home I discovered that they tried to fix it but broke it and now wants me to pay for it,All I got from anyone in Nissan is the run around if they even contacted you at all.I can say with assurity that this is my first and my last Nissan that I will ever buy now I will have to see if a body shop can fix it somehow cause the incompetent techs at Nissan couldn't all ... read more
