Due to scar tissue from the surgery being done poorly years ago, the reversal procedure was complicated. Dr. Hickman successfully completed it and we were pregnant within one month. Nine months later, a healthy baby was born. Thank you for your devotion to helping families!
I had a vasectomy reversal in 2016 and the appointment and surgery itself was great. The staff and Dr. Hickman were very accommodating & kind. After trying everything once I was healed up, we just never got pregnant. I went in for a semen analysis and we found out that the surgery didn't work. I've placed calls to Dr. Hickman for two solid weeks and was told, he has your chart, he will call you! Since then Not a single call to discuss next steps, what might of happen etc. To me, that is so wrong
My husband had a vasectomy 2 years after my daughter was born. 5 years later we both started to regret our decision. I started doing some research on vasectomy reversals and that's when I found Dr Hickman. My husband was 6 years past vasectomy when he got his reversal. I am so happy to say the reversal was successful and we have a beautiful baby boy. I would highly recommend Dr Hickman. We flew from Georgia, and including flights, hotel and surgery we spent 1/3 of other doctors.

Dr Mark Hickman is a very considerate, caring and kind Doctor. I felt very safe and protected in his hands during my surgery. I have been back for minor things. My husband had surgery last week and my son will have surgery in December. I am very confident with his medical knowledge, diagnosis and procedures. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a surgeon.
I am a local surgeon. Dr. Hickman has done all of the surgery and endoscopy that my family members have needed, He has exceptional technicalskills and is knowledgeable.
Very nice experience. My wife and I appreciated the prayer Dr. Hickman prayed with us before he performed the surgery. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The office had a nice relaxing feel to it. Definitely would recommend Dr. Hickman to anyone.
Very good doctor I would recommend him no pain and very friendly
I have work along side many doctors and also have been a patient as well. I believe that he has a great bedside manner. The patient is his top priority.
