A/C stopped working in the heat of a summer day. Woke up on Sunday and realized it wasn’t working. Thought it would be impossible to get a technician out on a Sunday and never imagined it could be repaired that same day, in less than a hour! The owner John came out and had us up and running within an hour! He was very friendly and made us feel like we made the best decision in his company. I highly recommend John and his company for any HVAC needs!
John and his team at Home Comfort did a great job! I was given a reasonable quote with several options to replace my furnace. The work was performed in a timely manner on a schedule that they made sure worked for me. The communication, customer service and expertise by John and his team is why I would highly recommend this family owned business.
We were having issues with our AC. They got us on the schedule quickly. The service determined we had issues in key places and we needed a new system. The owner was out that same day to discuss our options and pricing. No pressure, he laid out his recommended items among 2 brands. They were out the next morning and completed the job. Thank you so muck for the quick and personal service. We appreciate job you did!!! This is our go to HVAC company.
First, Luke said he’d arrive at 2pm and that is exactly when he arrived. This is rare in the service industry these days. Usually, it’s a four hour window. Thank you for being prompt. Second, after my long-time HVAC guy retired, finding a new company I can trust is not always easy. I have found the answer in Hickman. Thank you!
