We were having issues with our AC. They got us on the schedule quickly. The service determined we had issues in key places and we needed a new system. The owner was out that same day to discuss our options and pricing. No pressure, he laid out his recommended items among 2 brands. They were out the next morning and completed the job. Thank you so muck for the quick and personal service. We appreciate job you did!!! This is our go to HVAC company.
First, Luke said he’d arrive at 2pm and that is exactly when he arrived. This is rare in the service industry these days. Usually, it’s a four hour window. Thank you for being prompt. Second, after my long-time HVAC guy retired, finding a new company I can trust is not always easy. I have found the answer in Hickman. Thank you!
This is a great family-owned business with people who care about their customers. My 16-year-old furnace stopped three times this winter, the first time on a Saturday when it was 10 below zero. John came out that morning; unfortunately, it had started working again. This happened two more times. He came out and didn’t charge me! Cannot possibly recommend Hickman Heating and Air highly enough. I truly mean that. Our furnace quit on a Saturday night. John from Hickman was there Sunday morning! It was an easy fix and we had heat for our daughter's birthday later that day. But before he left we talked about it and decided to replace our 23-year-old furnace with a bigger, brand new unit.
