UPDATE: July 7th, 2026. NO response from Hickman or Chrysler. You would think a follow up means they would contact you. Inspection completed by Bodyworks as per Hickman and inspector agreed it should be warranty. BUYER BEWARE!! After 2 years, my truck bumper and a few other items are rusted. HICKMAN and Chrysler Canada DENIED. Several attempts to appeal with request in writing why my claim is denied with no response. Next step I guess is legal action.
