2 stars for the work being completed. While there was some improvement in the truck, it's still making the noise I bought it in for. Would have been great to have a conversation about the issue.... I would like to acknowledge Samantha who was the customer service representative who booked my appointment. She was very friendly, extremely helpful and checked back to ensure that my vehicle problem was rectified. Her assistance was second to none and I just wanted to acknowledge her wonderful customer service.
Everything went well. Completely satisfied.
My service advisor Dave Janes was phenomenal. Went over the invoice and explained everything to me and clarified everything I was unsure of. Satisfied with the service provided but I so wish the cost would go down on repairs and parts. I had ball joints/control arms replaced. Cost me close to 3K
I was told by text by my service rep that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and that my keys would be in the locker where I had left them the previous evening. And that I would receive a code by text telling me how to access the box. This was on Friday past. Fortunately, I went to pick up my vehicle before closing time as I did not receive a code to get into the box to get my keys. The service rep had to go to the box to get them.
