In Newfoundland for a vacation from BC. Staying in Twillingate when we experienced issues with our truck. Called the closest GM dealer, Hickman. They got us in that afternoon, a Wednesday. Diagnosed the issue, ordered parts from St John's, had us back in the road by Thursday mid-afternoon. Thumbs up for the service, communication for when the parts arrived, and the loaner vehicle. Great customer service!!
Great service friendly staff I like that we could book our vehicle appointment online rather than waiting on the phone.They were on time for our appointment also they called to let us know when it was ready for pickup.
