Derrick sales rep we dealt with was great when purchasing our Suburban. Service department needs a major retraining on policies and how to effectively manage customers expectations. Nobody there knows how to return a phone call regardless of how many messages you leave. We were looking at a second Suburban unfortunately due to how bad the service is we’ve taken our business elsewhere. Also, I strongly recommend not to purchase any GM warranty or product.
