Bought a new $110,000 diesel pickup, they were nice enough to give me 2 free oil changes, first one I made an appointment for early in the morning so I could have my truck as early as possible in the day, I live an hour away. 4:30 I was told my truck was ready. Top notch sales and service
Hickman's "Lack of Service" Dept. is frustrating to deal with. I previously made an appointment to have brakes serviced. After waiting for 2 weeks I was asked to rebook for another 2 weeks. I refused given this was a safety issue. When I dropped vehicle off they did not complete and they had to keep vehicle for another day to complete. Additionally, I booked an appointment for May 21 to change winter tires - 3 weeks in advance - and received another call the day before appointment advising they have to cancel but can rebook ... read more
