The worst customer service I ever had to deal with
This was the worst service for supposedly a high end car dealership…. We’ll we had an appointment this morning for recall on back up camera….. told me when I made the appointment if the part wasn’t in they would call me and reschedule, they didn’t call so we figured part was in. They came this morning to pick up suv…. Just brought it back said the part wasn’t in. My husband took day off work. And the price of gas the way it is (Trip down and back) Just awful service!!
