I got stranded on the highway outside of town because my alternator died. People in town recommended these guys to me. I brought the car to them and after diagnostics they said my battery, starter and alternator are dead and they can't do anything until they have those parts. I took the car to Calgary, the mechanic just charged the battery, put in a new alternator and there is no problem. I just wasted my time and money.

I booked my truck in for service 10 days in advance on a date they picked. Then I was told 2 days before they can't do it that date and tried to reschedule for the following week. I'm going to take my truck to a garage that honors the dates they schedule me in for.
