First proper medical 'scare' of my life and the care, attention and appetite from Dr Graham to get to the bottom of it was beyond amazing. I feel very lucky to have had such outstanding support at Hickings Lane ....and beyond at QMC. Very pleased patient - with a good end outcome too thank goodness.

Really terrible, have to go to surgery to get help to get on the app to book an appointmet as i have no picture i.d before i can book an appointment to see a gp about my worsening hip osteoarthritis and leg pain which is keeping me awake at night ( i wasn't even asked what i wanted to make the appointment about ) When called the surgery voicemail said 'if you can't get online stay on the call' There should still be help in place for people who have no internet or who need help with the app, not being made to wait for help a... read more

I’m writing this review to express my deep frustration with the front desk staff at this clinic. While the doctors may be competent, the first impression you get when you walk in—or call—is shaped by the receptionists, and unfortunately, that experience is consistently negative. The receptionists are often rude, dismissive, and act like patients are an inconvenience. I changed from a doctors in Sandiacre a few weeks ago to Hickings lane. Because the service i was getting from my previous doctors was dreadful. I had my first appointment at Hickings Lane today after booking my appiontment on the app. An hour later i was offered a same day appointment (brilliant). Surgery staff great and helpful. Nurse practitioner was just as good. So glad i made the move.
