Poor communication and poor workmanship.
Pictures speak more than thousand words. Garage floor cracked prior moved in. Site supervisor assured that can be rectified during the 3 months warranty period. He left subsequently. Maintenance took over and reassured not to worry. 3 months warranty period due and she sent in contractor to rectify the defect but not the floor. Contractor said floor cracked beyond their responsibility and would like us to contact company itself.
