Horrible to use for shared branching. Tellers always seem confused and are super slow. Machines are always broken. Save your time and go else where.
The location is very convenient, and for a CU to be in a mall (Windward Mall), it is VERY easily accessible (as far as accessing it from the parking lot-even with the construction going on). IMO, the configuration of the parking lot/construction area now, it’s effortless to get a stall right up front and go into an air conditioned side corridor. And just like that you are in the Mall!
